In 2009, our peers and fellow professionals recognized one of our homes - as the best designed home in Northern California, and No.2 statewide. The award is bestowed upon us from the California Chapter of the American Institute of Building Design (AIBD) for custom home design > 2600 sq, ft. our home design is 3000 sq. ft.

In 2010, we placed well again, and were awarded fourth place, statewide, in the un-built designs category for one of our home plans
